The policy fits in one sentence: if something you bought here isn't right for you, you get your money back. That includes digital products, the kind most shops refuse to refund.
The reason is simple. I don't want anyone paying for something they hate. Every product on my shelf is something I made and use myself, and I'd rather refund a purchase than have it sit in your downloads folder as a small regret.
The formal version: any eligible digital product bought through this site can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, no forms and no interrogation. Outside the 30 days, write to me anyway and we’ll sort something fair.
Four things worth knowing, each in plain words. Anything unclear, #-Write to me.
Asking for a refund
Email hello [at] althenarosalind [dot] com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Say which product and, if you feel like it, what missed. That last part helps me build better; it’s never a condition.
Where the money goes
Once I approve your request, I’ll submit the refund through Fourthwall. The money returns to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.
Receipts and card statements
Fourthwall is the seller and merchant of record for purchases from my shop. It sends your receipt and product-access email. Your bank statement will begin with FW * followed by the shop name, which may be shortened.
Lost downloads
A lost email never means a lost product. Your receipt includes a private way to access what you bought, and I’ll help you regain access whenever you need it, free, no refund required.
